 TWO Way Radios

Leo-Mac first began in 1959.  Leo Gingrich and Jim MacDonald created the business to repair electronics.  After Jim left the company to begin a new venture, Leo became interested in two way radios.  At that time, Syracuse was growing quickly and companies were looking for a way to communicate within.  Leo-Mac then turned into Leo-Mac Two Way Radio.  In 1987, Louis Maresca, an electrical engineer and with extensive background in two way radios decided to look for his own venture.  Lou heard about Leo-Mac and Leo wanting to retire so they got together and made a deal.  Lou took over Leo-Mac Two Way Radio on Regal Street in Syracuse, NY in 1987 (see above).

Lou and his business was doing well.  He needed more room to expand.  After an extensive search, Lou found a new location for his business.  Leo-Mac Two Way Radio moved to 4235 James Street in Syracuse.  It was a larger facility and in a better location.  Since then Lou and his business has prospered meeting the needs of hundreds of companies in New York.  He expanded his two way radio supply company to one that creates and maintains communication and now security systems.  These systems can be found in many small or large businesses across New York, such as Centro, Onondaga County 911, Syracuse City DPW, along with many others.  Call Leo-Mac at (315) 463-6125 and let them create and maintain a communication or security system for you!!
